What lease terms do you offer for virtual office packages?
We offer 1–2 year leases on all virtual office packages. We do not offer terms shorter than one year. Tenants may renew and continue leasing as long as their business requires our services.
What are the lease options for physical office spaces?
All private office spaces require a minimum 1-year lease or longer.
A 2-year lease option is also available and includes a discounted rate for the first year.
How does the 2-year discounted office rate work?
When signing a 2-year agreement, tenants receive a discounted rate of $499/month for the first year in our small offices. In the second year, the rate adjusts to the regular price of $649/month.
The $499 introductory rate is only available with a 2-year contract.
This discounted rate option is only for our small offices. We are currently NOT offering a discount on any other office size.
What is the rate for a 1-year office lease?
One-year leases are billed at the regular monthly rate for the selected office space, with no introductory discount.
Do you offer hourly or daily workspace options?
Yes. Our flexible workspace options include:
- Day Office: $20 per hour
- Conference Room: $25 per hour
Training Room: $35–$50 per hour (depending on setup)
How do I reserve conference or meeting space?
Non-tenants can make reservations by phone only.
All conference and meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you have a breakroom or kitchen area?
Yes. Tenants have access to a shared breakroom/kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator for food storage.
Can I tour the facility before signing a lease?
Absolutely. We strongly recommend scheduling a tour to confirm that the space meets your business needs and that your business type aligns with our zoning requirements.
